Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Specialty: Home Care
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Home Health experience, including OASIS documentation, EMR proficiency, IV and wound care, Phlebotomy, and Catheter care
License: Current RN license in applicable state
Certifications: CPR certification
Must-Have:
- Active car insurance and a dependable vehicle
- Understanding that a negative drug screen is required for all panels
Job Description:
- Direct patient care provided in the patient's home, including vital signs, physical assessments, IV, wound care, lab draws, disease management education, and case management.
- Utilize equipment such as EMR, Protime machines, and vital signs monitors.
- Work schedule includes weekdays and participation in weekend/call/holiday rotation; typically 2 shifts per month for after-hours calls.
- Requires autonomous practice in patients' homes with supervisors available for support.
- Responsible for completing 5-6 visits daily, or 25 visits per week, managing a census of 550-600 patients.
- No floating to other units/departments; no beds involved.
- Professional attire required, with specific guidelines for scrubs, tattoos, and piercings.
- Comprehensive training on EMR and company-specific policies for wounds and IV, including experience with a preceptor for up to 2 weeks.
- Strong staff satisfaction with supportive leadership and effective communication.

- Orientation hours are not guaranteed but include 12 hours of non-billable time.
