Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution: Plan and manage projects using Jira, ensuring scope, resources, timelines, and risks are well-defined.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with executives, IT, engineering, and business teams, providing updates via dashboards and presentations.
- Resource & Vendor Management: Allocate resources effectively and collaborate with vendors like Dassault for successful project execution.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, create contingency plans, and manage scope, budget, and timeline changes.
- Requirement Gathering & Implementation: Work with stakeholders to define project needs and oversee the implementation of new 3DEXPERIENCE features.
- Supplier Integration & Process Improvement: Support supplier onboarding and continuously enhance program management processes.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs and generate reports on project progress, risks, and budgets.
Skills & Experience:
- Required: 5+ years experience with the Atlassian suite including Jira - expert level knowledge of interworkings, building dashboards, filters, queries, and maintaining project scopes
- 8+ years proven experience as a program manager, program leader, or equivalent - preferably with experience in managing complex IT projects, specifically within the manufacturing space
- Required: 8+ years in program management (preferably in IT/manufacturing),
- Preferred: PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification, experience with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA, ENOVIA, SIMULIA).
