Executive Chef

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef for a highly regarded fine-dining restaurant located in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. This modern, upscale establishment is known for its innovative menu, top-tier service, and luxurious ambiance. COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $120,000 plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, retirement plan and more!

Executive Chef Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of 3+ years as Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
• Expertise in scratch-kitchen Italian cuisine
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive kitchen experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• High-level team leadership ability with a focus on mentoring and developing talent
• Proven track record of creativity in menu development and executing elevated dining experiences
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness
