Description
As the Head of Acquisition and Retention, you will lead a team responsible for developing and executing initiatives aimed at expanding the subscriber base and maximizing customer lifetime value for Apple Music. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive subscriber growth strategies aligned with Apple Music's overall business objectives.
- Subscriber Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire qualified subscribers through direct and third party channels
- Retention and Engagement: Develop strategic programs and optimization initiatives to enhance subscriber retention and engagement
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of subscriber growth initiatives, identifying areas of improvement
Pricing: Own pricing recommendation and implementation across 160+ markets,
