Description:
The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement supplies a full range of information technology (IT) services to government ministries and agencies. It supports government customers with help desk, hardware and software, application development, and IT security services. The Information Technology Division (ITD) also sets government-wide policies and standards in IT infrastructure, IT support services, and security.

- Lead the strategic development and execution of a robust enterprise architecture focused on driving impactful business outcomes;
- Offer visionary leadership, expert knowledge, and clear direction to employees, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation in organizational processes;
- Ensure rigorous compliance with established IT standards and policies, safeguarding the integrity and security of our technology framework;
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of architecture services, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value;
- Provide tailored consultative services to managers and employees within designated branches, empowering them to optimize their operations and enhance productivity; and
- Cultivate and sustain proactive relationships with ministries, external service providers, and ITD leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
Qualifications:
- Leadership skills, passion, and technical expertise;
- Experience in strategic execution and continuous improvement; and
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with procurement partners.
