Lead, Tech Lead, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, NJ:
Executing technical design and infrastructure / environments strategy, including deployments, ensuring that these are kept in-line with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mentality of 'emerging architecture'. Collaborate with product owners in aligning and executing on the roadmap accounting for strengths and opportunities within the technical stack, bringing forward business acuity and knowledge to influence decisions. Guide Agile teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment, leading interpret technology strategies into consumable units of work. Engaging in coding to help the team develop technical solutions, providing domain knowledge and ownership and bringing an advanced understanding of relevant and emerging technologies, embedding learning and innovation. Seeking better ways of solving technical impediments that may arise within the team. Code and help the Agile team to develop solutions and solve all surfacing problems at hand, seek innovative ways of solving technical problems and crafting solutions. Serve as a technical liaison with adjacent areas to integrate applications and implement engineering best practices for higher code quality.
Telecommuting permitted up to 50% per week.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
