Job Description:

Poshmark is hiring a Senior Manager, Posh Shows Shopper Growth to lead viewer and shopper growth and engagement for Posh Shows-a rapidly expanding business within Poshmark, where sellers and buyers engage in live-stream shopping experiences.

The Senior Manager, Posh Shows Shopper Growth will be a key leader on the Posh Shows Team. The leader will be directly responsible for increasing and retaining our base of Posh Show Shoppers, beginning first with viewers who watch a show. Their focus will be on merchandising show content to drive user traffic from in-app surfaces (e.g., home feed) and owned marketing channels (e.g., notifications, campaigns) to boost daily viewer engagement and shopper conversion.

This role will collaborate closely with New Markets, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Analytics to test strategies, define a roadmap, and validate impact. They will be responsible for defining key success metrics, tracking progress toward goals, and reporting on performance.

What you'll do:
  • Drive Show Shopper and Viewer growth(acquisition, retention, and re-engagement)-- be accountable for core user funnels and drive thinking and execution to optimize for growth.
  • Develop merchandising approachesfor live show content, tailored to specific discovery surfaces and user states & personas.
  • Partner with the Shows Product and Product Marketing Teams to implement merch approaches across in-app surfaces, notifications, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Collaborate with Posh Shows GTM & Growth Marketing Teams to develop and execute campaigns across new and existing channels to attract new viewers to Shows.
  • Serve as an expert on Posh Show Shopper in designing as seamless and delightful experience for the Show Viewer and Shopper
  • Define monthly and quarterly roadmapand track key input and output metrics, reporting on project impact and progress toward goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve ambitious growth targets and contribute to the overall Posh Shows roadmap and strategy.


What skills you possess:
  • 6-8 years of experience in product strategy, e-commerce site merchandising, user growth or general strategy; marketplace experience preferred but not required.
  • Customer experience obsessed with a proven track record of developing, owning and delivering a roadmap in ecommerce, or other consumer-facing business.
  • Strong creative acumen in merchandising fashion and livestreaming content.
  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and rigor, demonstrating the ability to deliver clear results and optimizations.
  • Self-motivated, revenue-driven, and passionate about supporting Poshmark and its sellers.
  • Excellent project management skills, with outstanding oral and written communication abilities and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary Range:
$137,000.00 - $199,500.00 Annual
