About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for a Global Key Account Affiliate Operation Manager. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands or agencies.

Responsibilities
- Help Global Key Account (GKA) brands identify manage and nurture relationships with affiliate partners to maximize their performance and revenue contribution. (TikTok shopable short-form videos and live streaming )
- Become an expert in TikTok Shop Affiliate Operation (Creators) and work closely with category leads and account managers to provide go-to-market strategies
- Design and implement operational plans to drive affiliate growth of GMV to GKA brands
-Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with affiliate marketing strategies and initiatives.
-Prepare regular performance reports using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
-Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- This role requires the ability to work across different time zones in USA and cultures and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-3 years of experience working at/with e-commerce (brand, marketplace, or agency managing online retail clients' influencer marketing).
-Proficient in strategy and analytics, with a client-serving mindset and strong team player skills.
-A builder who is intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and experienced in working with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Live Streaming or short video is preferred.
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
-Experience in fashion, sports, and electronic creator marketing operations or affiliate operations is a plus.
