As a part of the Maintenance Team, the Manager Reliability & Planning role will empower you to steer the Planning team to produce an effective and efficient maintenance strategy and maintenance plans. Lead the Reliability personnel to continuously improve maintenance plans and strategy, eliminate defects and failure modes that occur within the equipment.

As a part of the Maintenance Team, the Manager Reliability & Planning role will empower you to steer the Planning team to produce an effective and efficient maintenance strategy and maintenance plans. Lead the Reliability personnel to continuously improve maintenance plans and strategy, eliminate defects and failure modes that occur within the equipment.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Manager Reliability & Planning, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure high reliability and performance of all mining equipment and facilitiesImprove work order execution by adding job preparation to maintenance tasks to minimize job duration and maximize machine availability.
- Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure Apply reliability centred maintenance to identify and mitigate potential failures modes.
- Lead and ensure execution of reliability excellence/maintenance programs.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proved previous experience in mechanics or electronics.
- Minimum 10 years mechanical or electrical engineering experience, including experience with mechanical design/testing, international quality standards.
- Minimum 5 years in Maintenance Planning and Reliability.
- Experience in Mining industry, Petrochemical industry is required.
- Certified Plant Engineer or Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional is preferred.
- Fluency in the local language and written and spoken English.
