Essential Functions:
- Identify, implement, and continually assess/refine strategies for progressive business growth utilizing data analysis of sales activity, financial trends, economic data, sales forecasting, market trends, customer feedback, etc.
- Collaborate with company leadership, internal company teams, and manufacturing partner leadership to develop and execute business strategies.
- Objectively create, manage, and communicate direction of key performance indicators with focus on success and opportunity for improvement.
- Act as company leadership representative with key customers and manufacturers.
- Conduct and communicate during company-wide and manufacturer's key business meetings.
- Understand and manage directions in respect to organizational growth initiatives related to markets, customer segments, current manufacturers, and company personnel.
- Identify profitable strategic business opportunities and develop long-term business growth strategies.
- Assessing manufacturer's performance and potential in relation to company growth expectations.
- Formulate and implement external sales personnel target and compensation plans to ensure long-term retention combined with profitable sales growth.
- Manage sales department employees.
- Works in conjunction with HR for employee disciplinary action, terminations, and investigations within the sales department.
- Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Local travel as required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field required, OR a combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience required.
- Valid driver's license required.
