We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Director of CRM to build and oversee our lead generation, nurturing, and conversion marketing efforts. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns designed to convert leads into paying Noom users, nurture freemium users into subscribers, and re-engage lapsed customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure data and insights are at the core of every decision. What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Create and optimize email/SMS funnels to convert leads into paying Noom users.
- Personalized Drip Campaigns: Segment and tailor messaging based on user behavior, demographic data, and health interests to drive engagement and conversions.
- Promotional Offers & A/B Testing: Test various messaging, incentives, and calls to action to determine the most effective strategies.
- Freemium Conversion: Nurture freemium users into paid subscribers through strategic CRM initiatives.
- Integration with Performance Marketing: Coordinate with paid media to capture and re-engage leads, ensuring seamless alignment between paid and owned channels.
- Lifecycle Retargeting: Use CRM data to retarget users who drop off before purchasing, employing automated and personalized messaging.
- Winback & Email Blasts: Develop win-back strategies to re-engage lapsed customers and execute targeted email blasts that drive engagement and retention.
- Analyze Performance: Continuously monitor and evaluate key metrics to understand campaign performance, uncover trends, and refine strategies.
- Design and Execute Testing Cadence: Establish A/B and multivariate testing to optimize messaging, creative, and conversion tactics.
- Improve Operations: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Communicate Insights to Senior Management: Regularly present data-driven insights, test results, and campaign performance to senior leadership.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of strategic and hands-on experience developing marketing campaigns; confident with segmentation, automation strategy, messaging, conversion optimization, and other facets of CRM marketing
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, marketing, technical, or quantitative field
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex data sets, uncovering actionable insights, and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing direct reports and developing a high-performing marketing team
- Solid experience with an enterprise-grade ESP (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, Responsys, etc)
- Deep expertise and hands-on capabilities in developing and executing A/B tests for email, push, and SMS initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to execute a vision through consensus building and data-driven persuasion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; relentlessly detail-oriented

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000 - $207,000.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom's estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
