Commercial Services Business Analyst III

Summary

The Commercial Services Business Analyst III supports bankers, treasury management, and the commercial services department in managing the Extended Account Analysis (XAA) system, developing strategic programming needs, and maintaining effective communication with internal/external stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of account analysis product migration, product data analytics, and xaa analysis system upgrades.

Specific Job Functions

• Manage the XAA account analysis system.
• Develop strategic account analysis programming needs for the Bank's products and services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for account analysis product migration projects.
• Provide comprehensive product data analytics.
• Test and implement XAA analysis system upgrades.
• Responsible for managing account analysis system migrations related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of analysis requests including proper documentation and other relevant data.
• Provide ongoing XAA training for Commercial Services and Treasury Management personnel.
• Provide customer service by answering the phone and written inquiries regarding account analysis information.
• Assist Commercial Services Implementations with onboarding and maintenance of commercial banking clients.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate is preferred.
• 6- 8 years of account analysis experience required.
• Must have advanced knowledge of account analysis documentation and operation.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of computer skills to include XAA and Microsoft Suite.
• Must have good organization and time management skills.
• Must have a good understanding of banking products and services.
