USI / Asteelflash is actively looking for a talented Program Manager to join our leadership team here in Milpitas, CA.
This ideal candidate will serve as a focal point for all communication with assigned customers regarding schedules, quotations, and engineering issues. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues. As well as monitor the profitability for all assigned customer NPI programs.

This position will be 100% onsite. The expected base salary range for this position, if filled in California, is $90,000-$115,000 annually, dependent on specific skills and work experience. Apply now!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to manage all customer NPI products
- Responsible for managing the tactical business customer relationship
- Manage and meet customers expectations as well as internal expectations
- Technically capable of developing managing and delivering NPI projects
- Manage customers program scheduled, commit and delivery
- Focal point for customer communication and escalation of customer issues
- Lead on excess/obsolete material inventory reduction
- Responsible for customer satisfaction index (CSI) Review
- Align and provide guidance to CFT teams to successfully achieve project goals
- Ensure CFT is executing to contractual requirements
- Maintain and develop customer revenue and forecast management
- Responsible for monitoring on-time delivery
- Strong knowledge of the entire PCBA manufacturing process, DFM guidelines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or level of knowledge that would be normally obtained of a bachelor's degree.
- 4-8 years' experience as PM in similar positions, in EMS industry preferred
- Experience working with CFT of manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and finance to drive towards results
