Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Manage the hiring process from job postings to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Promote a positive work environment by providing strategic advice on employee relations and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, including feedback, development planning, and employee recognition.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Employee Benefits- Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR, 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate selection.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and tools to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar professional certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team, with a focus on high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
