Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer, Workfront Fusion with extensive Adobe
Workfront Fusion experience to ensure successful integration and automation of workflows within
Adobe Workfront and other systems. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with our in-house Integrations Engineer, Workfront System Administrator, dedicated Tech Product Management team, IT team, Adobe, and Workfront end-users to support our next-generation product lifecycle management system.

In NYC, the salary range for this position is $124,000-$155,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $112,000-$140,000. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.
Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be...
- Integration and Automation: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront and various third-party applications using Workfront Fusion, automating workflows to enhance efficiency.
- System Administration: Maintain a clean, organized instance of Workfront Fusion. Ensure Scenarios are maintained as necessary (Ex: Naming Modules for clarity). Add in-app notes to explain complex Functionality.
- Assist in User Support and Training: Provide technical support to Workfront System
Administrator and Change Management Team to aid in training Workfront end-users, promoting user adoption and resolving integration-related issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Workfront Integration Engineer, Tech Product Management team, IT team, and Adobe to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to monitor integration performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Workfront Fusion to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and implement enhancements.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Workfront Fusion Integration Specialist, preferably supporting a variety of groups/teams
- Adobe-certified Fusion Expert or Professional (required)
- Adobe-certified Workfront Core Developer Expert or Professional (Ideal)
- AEM experience a plus
- Experience in Workfront configuration implementation and/or system administration
- Deep knowledge of Workfront native functionality and features
- Experience working with Adobe account teams
- Organized, proactive, and communicative, with demonstrated experience working crossfunctionally across stakeholder groups
Sr. Engineer, Workfront Fusion
- Naturally curious, willing to challenge the status quo, unafraid to propose new solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flex across multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Excitement to train & teach end-users and can explain complex material to users with varying levels of proficiency
- Willingness to occasionally travel to key offices for onsite training & support
