Purpose:
As a Project Manager on the Construction Development team, you will lead remodels, relocations, and new build-outs for both Franchisee and Corporate-owned locations across multiple brands. From project inception to store opening, you will ensure a smooth, efficient process by coordinating vendors, staff, and franchisees at key milestones. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will manage communication, track progress, and keep projects on schedule. Additionally, you will help refine and standardize construction processes to drive consistency and operational excellence across the company.

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine guides, manuals, and templates to improve efficiency, clarity, and brand adherence
- Establish and enhance construction frameworks to ensure consistency and excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead construction meetings, facilitate vendor meetings, and document key action points to ensure alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor to franchisees, guiding them through the construction process and keeping them on track with the Development Roadmap
- Oversee construction progress, tracking milestones, budgets, and timelines while proactively troubleshooting delays and mitigating risks
- Conduct design and technical document reviews for quality control and compliance
- Support the Construction Director in leading critical projects and influencing key decisions
- Coordinate vendor alignment with store opening timelines, including FF&E deliveries
- Maintain transparency across teams, provide regular project updates, and ensure a seamless operational handoff
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in retail, QSR, or franchise environments
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, ADA compliance, and QSR build-outs
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Gantt charts, CRMs, and platforms like Monday.com
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
