Site Controller - Manufacturing | Valley Forge, PA
Make Your Mark. Lead with Numbers. Drive Operational Excellence.

We're on a mission to power a safer, more reliable world through advanced electrical testing solutions. As a global leader, we believe in empowering our teams to drive innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement-starting with our financial operations.

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Controller to join our Valley Forge plant leadership team. Reporting directly to the US Group Controller and partnering closely with the General Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the financial health and strategy of one of our key U.S. manufacturing sites.

What You'll Do:

You'll lead all plant-level financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost analysis. From month-end close to capital planning and product costing, you'll own the numbers and bring strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the site's financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, close SAP operations, and deliver reporting within 3 days of month-end.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, including product cost updates and department-level planning.
  • Drive product margin analysis, monitor excess/obsolete inventory, and manage internal controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support on forecasting, purchasing, and capital project costing.
  • Lead improvements in labor efficiency tracking, routings for standard costs, and manufacturing cost visibility.

Experience and Skills
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA/CPA a plus).
  • 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting
  • Proven SAP ERP expertise.
  • Strong background in FP&A, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
  • Deep understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and how they impact financial performance.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Access, PowerPoint).

You're organized, adaptable, and detail-obsessed-with the interpersonal finesse to partner across teams and the confidence to lead continuous process improvements.
