L'organisation de l'quipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rle en tant que coordonnateur sera de coordonner la prparation, le suivi et la communication des plans techniques, rsoudre les bloquants et assurer l'adhrence au planning, tout en fournissant un support technique aux quipes et en facilitant la collaboration avec les diffrents intervenants.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking an Aircraft Coordinator to join our Method Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
The team is organized to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, with mutual support and collective learning.
Your role as a coordinator will be to coordinate the preparation, tracking, and communication of technical plans, resolve blockers, and ensure adherence to the schedule, while providing technical support to the teams and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders.

Vos dfis:
- Coordonner la prparation, le suivi et la communication du plan permettant de clore les points techniques de chaque avion en accord avec les requis du planning court-terme;
- Prioriser et harmoniser les accs des diffrents intervenants pour assurer l'adhrence au plan;
- Suivre et aider la rsolution des bloquants de chaque avion (RNC, BOI, issues, etc...) en changeant avec les diffrentes quipes Operations et Support aux Oprations;
- Escalader les points bloquants si ncessaire, aux bonnes personnes et au bon moment;
- Identifier des bloquants dans les processus, et leader les projets d'amlioration pour les rsoudre;
- Participer aux routines E2EQG, en particulier prparer et diriger les rencontres FOT, et contribuer aux analyses mensuelles E2EQG et au suivi des actions;
- Coordonner les plans de rattrapage des fournisseurs lorsqu'ils sont transverses a la ligne d'Assemblage;
- Coordonner les plans VL/DL lorsqu'ils sont transverses a la ligne d'Assemblage;
- Assurer le premier niveau de support aux fournisseurs sur site.
Votre profil:
- Vous avez un baccalaurat en Logistique, gnie industriel, gestion des oprations ou gestion de projet, ou un DEC en aronautique avec une exprience professionnelle quivalente;
- Vous avez plus de 10 ans d'exprience dans les processus manufacturiers, idalement sur le A220;
- Vous avez une connaissance gnrale des dpendances entre les diffrentes positions;
- Vous avez une connaissance dtaille des processus de planification, logistique, qualit et production;
- Vous avez un fort leadership, tes capable de remettre les processus en question, mais avez aussi une volont de faire grandir vos collgues et les autres fonctions;
- Vous matrisez le franais (obligatoire) et tes confortable en anglais (atout).

Your challenges:
- Coordinate the preparation of the aircraft plan with all stakeholders in order to meet aircraft planning, follow-up and communicate this plan;
- Prioritize and harmonize the access of the different stakeholders to ensure plan adherence;
- Collect the roadblocks (RNC, BOI, issues, etc..) of each aircraft;
- Propose and facilitate roadblocks resolution, through exchanges with Operations teams;
- Categorize the roadblocks, in adequation with the current aircraft position, and the proposed resolution target date, in particular the RNC;
- Escalate blocking points if necessary, to the right people at the right moment;
- Identify the roadblocks of the implied process, and lead the improvements plans to solve them;
- Participate in the ''Passage Avion'' milestones, or for Hangar perimeter prepare and lead FOT meetings;
- Contribute to E2EQG monthly analysis and actions follow-up;
- Coordinate Suppliers OSW recovery plans when spread on all the line;
- Coordinate VL/DL recovery plans when spread on all the line;
- Ensure first level shopfloor support to On-Site Suppliers.
Your boarding pass:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management or Project Management, or a technical degree in aeronautic with an equivalent work experience;
- You have more than 10 years of experience of A220 manufacturing processes, including FTP and Interiors;
- You have a general knowledge of the main dependencies between work positions. You have a detailed knowledge of PMT, Logistics, RNC, Snags clients and Production processes;
- You are able to challenge the schedule and operations priorities;
- You have strong leadership, challenge mindset, but with willingness to coach the others functions.
- You are proficient in French (mandatory) and are confortable in English (asset).
