Director Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Summary
The Director of Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM") is responsible for oversight of the contracts management process from initiation to execution, as well as oversight of the CLM system, related policies and governance, and developing analytics and risk mitigation strategies that supporting business functions across the organization. The Director CLM span will include all THR wholly owned entities as well as managed joint ventures, as well as oversight of the physician contracting process.
Job Description
Develop contract practice standards and operating procedures and design, implement, manage, and audit the contract administration processes and functions.
Participate in or lead, as appropriate, the development and maintenance of relevant Global Supplier Contracting procedures and templates.
Analyze supplier contractual terms and conditions and recommend innovative approaches to contract requirements, obligations and risk exposures.
Ensure compliance with company policy for all contractual processes and actions.
Provide risk assessment and contract deviation approvals for assigned categories. Identify risks within contracts and propose alternative solutions
Gain stakeholder input on complex projects, framing issues concisely to obtain buy-in to move forward with key decisions/initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field required
Master's Degree Business, Law, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
J.D. preferred
Experience
5 years Healthcare-related project management and/or contract lifecycle management required
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Supervision
This position will manage around 10-19 employees
