Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with expertise in Municipal Engineering to lead Municipal Engineering Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal design, land development, and project management, with a proven track record of client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Municipal Engineering Leadership: Lead and grow the Municipal Engineering Division, utilizing company relationships in the community.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to local, regional, and national regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in civil engineering with specific experience as a municipal/city engineer or working under a city engineer.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS is preferred.

Desirable Qualifications:
