- Manage departmental functions to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.
- Support the team in maintaining a high level of patient comfort and functionality.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Additional relevant healthcare degree or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
Experience:
- Required:
- 2 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare environment as a manager or in a similar leadership role.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Current nursing license.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) certification within 1 year of hire.
