Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of customer strategies related to one or more customers including all products/programs from new product introduction through volume production. He/she is responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction, driving profitable business relationships and sales growth and providing strong leadership to the customer focus teams to ensure achievement of customer commitments. This role requires a background within an electronics manufacturing service (EMS) or contract manufacturer (CM).

Responsibilities:
- Leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT). Prioritize and monitors all CFT activities.
- Acts as primary day-to-day customer point of contact and functions as the primary Customer contact in resolution management and responsible for the overall health of the customer relationship.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
- Strong experience in EMS or CM industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
- Leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage global operations and travel up to 25% as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced problem-solving tools and negotiation expertise.
- Financial acumen, including risk analysis and cost management.
- Effective presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Key qualifications include:
- EMS/CM Experience: Proven program management experience within an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing (CM) environment. This is a critical requirement for this role.
- NPI Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading new product introduction processes within an electronics manufacturing setting.
- Supply Chain Excellence: Deep understanding of and experience with global demand forecasting, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
- Leadership and Strategy: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
