Shipley Living is recruiting for a few hospitality focused Registered Nurses to join our team!

Full Time and Part Time positions are available for all 3 shifts with the starting rate of $38.00/hr. plus $4/hr. shift differential for 2nd shift and $3/hr. shift differential for 3rd shift.

You will also receive a sign on bonus up to $7,500!!!!

This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Registered Nurse:

  • Administers medications and treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catherization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
  • Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
  • Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
  • Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
  • Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
  • Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.
  • Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.


Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • Current & Valid Nursing license for the State of Delaware or Compact State
  • Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
  • Understanding that working every other weekend is a requirement
