The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines are met, responsibilities are assigned, and progress is effectively communicated to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems and processes meet business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Prepare and present reports for upper management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Utilize business analytics and Microsoft Office tools to support decision-making and reporting.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in pricing and costing systems, vendor payment processes, and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with UAT processes and building operational procedures.
- Prior experience in a large corporate environment is a plus.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Engaging with stakeholders through meetings, emails, and reports.
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and refining workflows.
- Analyzing data and providing insights to optimize pricing and costing processes.
- Writing and presenting status updates and key findings to leadership.
