You will oversee project scope, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project deliverables, objectives, and success criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead project execution by coordinating with stakeholders, managing milestones, and tracking progress.
Risk & Change Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage change requests, balancing project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Proactively address project challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions and effective problem resolution.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance project outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, account team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support communication efforts by preparing presentations and other client-facing materials.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze project performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices to optimize efficiency.
- Leverage technology and tools to enhance project management effectiveness and reporting.
- Conduct periodic internal audits of account performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and implementing improvements.
Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Align project financials with business objectives to maximize profitability.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or other project management methodologies preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects.
- Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel as required (less than 30%).
