The Revenue Operations Analytics Manager will own analysis that drives operational and strategic decisions related to recently passed medical billing legislation. They will work directly with the Network Strategy Enablement Directors in building, enhancing and maintaining arbitration processes and using quantitative insights to inform strategy. As such, the work is high-visibility and high-impact, and will require partnering cross-functionally across business, legal, and policy teams. The role presents a good opportunity for anyone interested in operations, analysis and strategy, healthcare policy, making impact, and honing technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Network Strategy Enablement Directors in strategic analysis and translating to operations
- Maintaining and optimizing arbitration processes and workflows
- Develop a working vocabulary for RCM and Arbitration and work with internal claim-level datasets and external benchmarking/CMS data
- Create models to analyze and assess the impact of recently passed legislation on revenue operations
- Translate high-level and complex business needs into targeted analyses, and deliver insights and reporting as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally and balance needs across business, analytics, and policy teams
- Manage, clean and query large datasets; support in ad hoc analyses as required
- Share insights and manage strategic conversations with executive audiences, and partner with Network Strategy Enablement Directors to translate strategy decisions into operations
- Push for accuracy alongside timely delivery
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from reputable institution required, with a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) or business focus preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced learning environment, preferably in consulting
- Healthcare experience is a plus, especially with a focus in RCM and/or accounts receivable in large multi-state integrated healthcare settings
- To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have knowledge of:
- General proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products including but not limited to: Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions and pivots), with strong mastery of Excel and experience with SQL or other tool to query large datasets are a plus
- Familiarity with data warehouses and data modeling / visualization tools like Qlik / Power BI / Tableau, are a plus
- Familiarity with logical functions
- Following skills are a big plus: Microsoft Powerquery, Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Power Automate
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in other programs, e.g. Tableau, Billing system, Salesforce
