Position Overview:

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our St. Louis team. In this role, you will educate consumers and existing clients about our company's products and services, leaving a lasting, positive impression while securing sales for commercial and residential HVAC projects.

Hoffmann Brothers provides a steady stream of leads and opportunities through our marketing efforts and existing customer base. As a Commercial Sales Professional, you are also expected to generate additional business through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for selling a variety of HVAC solutions, including:
  • Light commercial sales
  • Package units
  • Split systems
  • Unit heaters
  • Chillers
  • Boilers
  • Cooling towers
  • Process piping
  • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems
Qualifications:
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to earn $100K+ per year
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently while also being a team player
  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with hours based on customer needs. Some evenings and Saturdays may be required for appointments.
Safety & Physical Requirements:

Safety is a top priority for Hoffmann Brothers. As part of this role, you must:
  • Adhere to general safety practices and Missouri OSHA (MO-OSHA) requirements
  • Be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and navigate small crawl spaces
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or more due to heavy equipment
  • Have strong vision, hearing, and communication abilities to perform job duties effectively

This role requires working outdoors throughout all seasons and maintaining constant communication with customers, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced environment.
