Hours

- Monday to Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Friday: 9 AM - 3 PM

Position Overview

- Provide Evaluation, Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, and Counseling: Offer comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with behavioral health and/or emotional disorders.
- Integrated Health Center Coordination: Collaborate with other providers in primary care to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
- Evidence-Based Treatment: Deliver evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records, ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate treatment or care.
- Professional Development: Participate in clinician meetings, workshops, and in-service meetings to enhance professional development and stay updated on methodologies and techniques.
- Collaboration with Community Agencies: Work with healthcare professionals and other community-based agencies to coordinate patient care.
- Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Behavioral Health Services.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Current license as a Certified Social Worker in New York State (LCSW) or status as a licensed Master Social Worker with 3 years of post-Master's professional social work experience or current status as a licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity or knowledge with many facets of the Jewish community

- Yiddish language proficiency preferred

Pay & Benefits

-$50 per hour
