Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or investment management.
Strong knowledge of partnership accounting principles, financial reporting, and fund structures.
Experience with partnership accounting systems (e.g., Investran, eFront, VPM, or similar).
Understanding of SQL, data modeling, and system integrations (APIs, ETL tools, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in business process analysis, documentation, and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
