WHO we're looking for:
We are looking for a Social & Influencer Insights Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Home Entertainment (HE) division - which includes the industry-leading portfolio of our TVs, projectors, audio and memory innovations. You will report to and work closely with the Sr. Manager of Social and Influencer, and will collaborate frequently with our integrated marketing teams and external agencies. You will develop regular data insight reports for executive leadership and be the project management lead for all influencer programs.
You'll thrive if you're a detailed-orientated self-starter with a deep understanding of social media analytics and data storytelling and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to digest data to tell a broader story and provide actionable insights that will inform overall strategy.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze Social Media Metrics: Oversee the tracking of key social media metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, competitive benchmarks and sentiment.
- Track and analyze KPIs for owned and operated social content and influencer partnerships across various social platforms.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize social campaign performance, highlighting key trends, successes, and suggestions for improvement.
- Produce valuable data reports to make informed, strategic recommendations for social content strategy and identify opportunities to improve creative execution.
- Collaborate with PR, strategy, and creative teams to inform and monitor performance of influencer and brand campaigns.
- Oversee the program management of influencer campaigns and campaign deliverables.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5-8+ years' experience in managing social media accounts for well established brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices and preferably experience working directly on a social media team in a data capacity.
- Industry leading expert around latest advancements in social listening tools and industry trends.
- Strong project management and experience running operations within a social media team.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Sprinklr is a must.
- Passion for and/or experience in consumer electronics and technology a plus.

- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Analytical Skills: Experience interpreting complex data sets and translating them into insightful, narratives. Strong ability to balance statistical data with qualitative insights to build credible narratives and provide actionable feedback.
- Great communicator in both written and verbal form with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders.
- Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.
