As a Data Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our data architecture. You'll manage integrations between our data and other systems, build out new automated processes, and monitor and manage existing data pipelines. As a key member of our data team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust data solutions that support business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.

Your Impact:
- Handle support requests from across the enterprise, providing expertise and guidance.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Optimize and enhance existing data pipelines for improved performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain data warehouse architecture to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
- Manage and optimize databases to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data engineering team.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of experience with SQL Server.
- 3+ years of experience with Snowflake SQL.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory.
- 3+ years' experience in data engineering, with a focus on building and optimizing data pipelines.
- A solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Adapt to changing directions and handle competing demands effectively.
- Are inquisitive with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Use excellent critical thinking skills to assess complex data engineering challenges.
- Bring strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
