We are seeking a Site/Civil Project Manager to join our collaborative team in Nashville, TN This individual will serve a key function in leading and designing land development engineering projects for a wide variety of exciting work in the area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist a growing office, lead design efforts on warehouse distribution centers, commercial, mixed-use, higher education, and data center properties, as well as develop and maintain clients for the firm.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and permitting of a variety of land development projects, designing warehouse distribution centers, commercial, mixed-use, higher education, and data center properties;
  • Local and related site/civil land development engineering design on both small and large projects;
  • Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion, and sediment control, etc. from concept through completion;
  • Report and proposal writing;
  • Participate in business development activities by developing new clients for the firms and maintaining existing clients.
  • Develop new clients for the firm and maintain relationships with existing clients; and
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree a plus;
  • Valid Professional Engineer licensure;
  • 5-10+ years of related site/civil land development experience;
  • Entrepreneurial demeanor and strong ability to maintain and build upon relationships with existing clients;
  • Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations;
  • Site/civil experience with demonstrated ability to design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, etc. from concept through completion;
  • Expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design including stormwater management facilities and reports;
  • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of land development engineering including the integration of geotechnical and environmental engineering;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred) with the ability to design site layouts from concept through completion;
  • Experience in report and proposal writing;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
