- Develop and maintain protocols and guidelines for onboarding new partnerships:
- Producers with Delegated Authority
- Third Party Claims Administrators
- Internal and/or external technology providers
- External sponsor organizations/partnerships
- Oversee 1-2 partner implementation specialists
- Oversee implementation and standardization of third-party relationships
- Due diligence
- Contracting
- Connectivity - API or on-site product build
- Reporting/data exchange
- Communication/Training
- Ongoing management of third-party relationships
- Scheduling/managing audits
- Stewardship
- Identifying opportunities for growth across A&H and Chubb
- Technology/connectivity
- Optimization, coordination/prioritization, and internal reporting on progress of internal technology relationships
- Manage 1 Business Analyst: coordinate with NA IT A&H counterpart
- Oversee relationships with teams responsible for internal systems
- Infinet
- CRS
- Tracker
- CUW/WorkView
- Genius/other legacy
- Work effectively with other A&H Stakeholders who manage similar relationships
- Product Development (RAPID, Assistance Providers)
- Actuarial (RADAR Live)
Qualifications
This leadership role will require:
- 7-10 years of Insurance operations, technology, and/or third-party management experience
- Experience with and understanding of internal and external API connectivity
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Management experience important but not necessary
