As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic advisor and partner to hiring managers and HR stakeholders, navigating the complexities of recruiting for highly specialized and competitive roles. This hybrid role located in Mequon, WI demands a proactive and consultative approach, with a strong focus on building robust talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will be instrumental in developing and executing role-based recruitment strategies, balancing external talent acquisition with internal mobility considerations.

What you'll do

Strategic Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for Finance, Digital/IT, and HR roles, understanding the unique challenges and demands of each function.
  • Provide strategic counsel to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition efforts with overall HR and business objectives, ensuring a tightly connected HR and TA approach.
  • Develop and implement role-based strategies that address both external recruitment and internal mobility, navigating the complexities of internal movement and external hiring.


Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through various channels, including professional networks, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions, anticipating future hiring needs.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates with specialized skills and experience.


End-to-End Recruitment Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to create a qualified shortlist for hiring managers.
  • Assist hiring managers in the talent selection process, providing guidance and support throughout the process.


Community Engagement & Outreach:
  • Identify and participate in relevant community and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the talent community.


Compliance & Process Adherence:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to meet the essential job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, as outlined in the job description.


What you'll need to bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
  • Five plus years' full life cycle salaried recruitment
  • Experience leading or participating in talent development program(s).
  • Ability to analyze and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Demonstrated skills in working with others in group or team settings.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly and highly approachable.
  • Willingness to travel (limited).


Preferred Experience
  • Digital or IT recruitment experience is highly preferred.
  • Process improvement and Continuous Improvement.
  • Ability to leverage social media, community relations and/or government programs (e.g., apprenticeships) to attract qualified candidates.
