Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents' conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate and support residents and their families on health-related topics
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
