The base pay scale for this position is $0.00 - $0.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Responsibilities include planning, designing, and executing education programs for revenue cycle staff, focusing on Hospital and Professional Billing, including new hire, refresher, and project training. The Manager will oversee the revenue cycle new hire training by providing monthly orientation as well as supporting leaders with streamlined training templates and review of team content. The Manager will take a blended approach to address new hire, optimization and efficiency training needs. The Manager will work together with IT to ensure the Epic Upgrade training is successful and represented across operational and IT training documentation. Work with operation leaders to develop and maintain role based training tracks and develop and perform targeted re-training, as needed. The Manager will also create and deliver training for optimization and performance projects.

The Manager will identify and assess revenue cycle needs through operational feedback, performance/compliance analysis, and project management. Lead designated projects that improve performance and focus on revenue optimization and/or accelerate collections. Work with operational leaders to ensure project implementation and success. S/he will be responsible for monitoring regulatory and payor policy updates and communicating them to operational stakeholders. If these updates require workflow updates s/he will manage the implementation of the changes and ensure staff understands the new process through project training.

The Manager will support vendor management through relationship management and serving as the point of contact for identified vendors. S/he will monitor vendor performance through scorecards and invoice reconciliation. They will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding vendors as well as developing training programs with HSS revenue cycle team members and vendor counterparts.
