Key Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Act as the bridge between business and tech teams, ensuring that product features align with business needs.
- Manage and prioritize the user experience and act as the internal voice of the user in the product team.
- Collaborate with scrum masters and digital data analysts to maintain team health and product progress.
- Continuously refine and prioritize requirements, making informed decisions about features, backlog, and release planning.
- Define and accept user stories from the delivery team.
- Measure and incorporate user feedback to drive continuous value delivery.
- Ensure the product meets quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Develop launch plans and ensure readiness of cross-functional partners.
- Provide clear updates to leadership and executives, ensuring transparency around product issues and decisions.
- Lead business-critical performance indicators and technical metrics.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner in data-centric software products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience working with data warehousing, commercial analytics, and large-scale data-centric products.
- Strong knowledge of data processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Snowflake/ETL & ELT processes preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong ability to connect tech and business teams.
- Creative mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivering the best solutions.
Skills and Certifications:
- Omnichannel Data
- Commercial data, processes, and best practices
- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences (preferred but not required).
