ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Product Manger Specialist to oversee both regulatory and service-oriented data processes. This role will focus on standardized file generation for compliance, responding to regulatory requests, facilitating third-party integrations, creating new data exposures for external/internal stakeholders, and offering support to ensure seamless data operations. The ideal candidate has a blend of technical competence, attention to regulatory details, and a service-oriented mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Standardized Files: Develop, maintain, and automate standardized data file formats and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
Regulatory Requests: Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal teams to fulfill data-related inquiries, ensuring timely, correct, and audit-ready document delivery.
Third-Party Integration: Collaborate with external partners and internal technical teams to integrate new data sources, ensuring secure and efficient data flows.
New Data Exposition: Identify opportunities to expose or share data assets (e.g., via APIs, data feeds) to drive business value, serving both existing and potential use cases.
Support: Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting, acting as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders needing assistance with data access, functionality, or quality issues.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, IT, analytics, and business units) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory mandates.
Monitor data exchange processes, generate performance metrics, and report on areas requiring optimization or further automation.
Maintain strong documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and risk assessments, to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
Assist in evaluating and implementing best practices for data integrity, security, and privacy, adhering to both internal policies and external regulations.
Stay current with evolving industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and emerging technologies that impact data exchange and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with data integration, ETL, or API-driven processes beneficial; familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and standardization principles.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to data handling (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, industry-specific guidelines).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, able to handle process flows involving sensitive or critical data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management or ticketing/helpdesk systems a plus (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple requests while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Salary Range
$101,200-$126,500

The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
