Position Overview
The Senior Director, Growth will be a key leader in the new business pitch process and onboarding of new clients, with additional responsibilities of creating sales collateral for our company-wide platform, Omni, and Annalect's capabilities more broadly.
The Senior Director will own the execution of our business consulting efforts within the larger Omnicom family of agencies, consultatively engaging with key partners within Annalect and senior leaders across the larger organization to understand business context and areas for opportunity for a given client or prospect to then design and deliver a suite of Annalect services that will best drive outcomes for the client.
This individual will be expected to understand the breadth of Annalect's capabilities and Omni - our workflow orchestration system, as well as their application to our current and prospective clients' books of business. As such, this role will also be expected to provide leadership and direction around all marketing materials, experiences, and branding for both Annalect and its products, communicating the differentiating value of Annalect to internal and external customers alike.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$140,000-$200,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
New Business - Owning and authoring Annalect New Business efforts and best practices.
- Partnering with OMG and OMC Business Development teams to identify and prioritize new client opportunities
- Developing an understanding of specific client goals and vetting new business opportunities with Executive Leadership and appropriate Annalect SMEs to identify owners, participants and other required roles and responsibilities - and subsequently orchestrating these resources through pitch completion
- Authoring and completing of all RFI and RFP written materials or collaborating with Annalect SMEs to draft net new responses where applicable
- To propose AN scopes of work ensuring that all AN staff and service fees are accurately captured and reflected. This includes engaging with AN Solutions or Business Leads for staffing FTE estimates, working with AN Global to develop Omni T&T fees and aligning with OMG Finance and Agency finance
- Managing the team or team members on the project management, coordination and timely submission of requested pitch deliverables
- Managing the team or team members on the coordination of Omni demo set up, inc. liaising working with Omni support, Enablement and content owners
- Working with AN Solutions team or SMEs to ensure the content for client presentations fully reflects the best of Annalect services and capabilities
- Functioning as the Annalect pitch lead and/or new business point person for all pitches
- Maintaining and curating all new business modular materials required to respond to above RFIs and RFP, partnering with brand and product marketing.
Growth Sales Materials - Marketing for Omni applications & Annalect capabilities
- Partnering with OMG brand marketing efforts
- Development and curation of Omni-specific collateral materials, L&D focused materials, and New Business RFI and RFP oriented materials
- Collaborating with responsible parties on Omni look and feel, iconography and branding, graphic representation in published and other collateral materials
Qualifications
- 8+ years working in a new business, business development or client growth function
- Demonstrated success working across organizations and designing solutions in an agency and consultancy setting, in support of new business development
- Technical background, with experience articulating and representing highly technical media and advertising capabilities to a range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical in nature - this includes:
- Predictive modelling and campaign test design
- Digital media planning and buying, both programmatic and direct
- Digital media AdTech and MarTech platforms in paid media, such as DMPs and DSPs
- Strong consultative approach in engaging with partners and prospective clients, with an ability to go to significant depth with clients and agency teams to design a service offering fit for purpose for their goals
- Highly organized, with ability to develop well-structured marketing strategy plans and to guide and lead on New Business Development
- Experienced People Leader, with track record of managing multiple functions and is an experience people lead
- Strong networking experience; comfortable with fostering relationships with senior agency partners
- Proven ability resolve issues that arise independently or identify appropriate escalation routes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complicated concepts with clarity
Experience
- 10+ years' experience managing Corporate sales and/or agency new business or Growth, with demonstrated success building strategy and execution, across technical services such as those described above
- Experience in selling Digital Advertising Technology, Advanced Analytics, and applications to clients and businesses
