The Program Manager will implement improvements to tools and methodologies for effective program management, communicate progress transparently to stakeholders, and recommend process enhancements to drive successful execution.

The pay range for the role is $100,000 to $155,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. The Program Manager will implement improvements to tools and methodologies for effective program management, communicate progress transparently to stakeholders, and recommend process enhancements to drive successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program management artifacts including schedules/rollout plans, risk and issue logs, and status reports that outline milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and overall project status.
- Showcase strong leadership skills to advance progress by facilitating effective stand-up meetings and working sessions. Prepare relevant agendas and content aimed at achieving key objectives.
- Proactively identify and escalate any issues, risks, or disconnects to the appropriate stakeholders, providing consultative recommendations for actions to resolve challenges.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to effectively communicate information and ideas to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding of key topics.
- Establish robust organizational communication and feedback channels to support change management efforts, promoting transparency, awareness, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Identify and implement best practices and improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program management; foster a culture of innovation and agility within the team.
- Execute ad-hoc work assignments as directed by leadership to address immediate needs and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a critical emphasis on attention to detail in all tasks.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
