The Role
Do you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team within our Inbound Operations team to further OSG's (Operations & Services Group) strategic objectives?
We are looking for a Director of Product & Strategy Inbound OSG, who will have responsibility for defining the Inbound product roadmap. You will blend deep brokerage operations expertise, with a passion for collaborating across the enterprise. You will partner across the enterprise to ensure that Inbound's product and service offering drive end-to-end value for the businesses and our customers. The successful candidate will partner with and influence Technology and business leaders to drive outcomes in 3 key areas:

This role will sit within OSG Inbound Operations. You will work to further OSG's strategic objectives, in collaboration with other OSG Strategy Leads. By furthering Inbound's product roadmap you will collaborate across all levels of Inbound management and team. You will partner with Technology to understand future roadmap capabilities.

The Role

The successful candidate will partner with and influence Technology and business leaders to drive outcomes in 3 key areas:
Product Development:
- Partner with Inbound Support Services to understand business partner end to end document processing needs
- Collaborate with Technology to understand document strategy capabilities
Strategic Input:
- Collaborate with senior management to define OSG and Inbound business strategy
- Participates in planning activities, i.e. Small Room Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc. to provide direction and further key product and strategy objectives
- Represent Inbound and OSG operational interests to senior leadership
Operational Effectiveness:
- Partners with senior leaders to drive operational efficiencies
- Delivers operational value across the firm
- Influences prioritization of impactful technology and systems enhancements
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Business Analytics or equivalent work experience
- Detailed knowledge of brokerage and/or Inbound Operations, as well as Inbound services and capabilities
- 5-7 years Inbound operations experience preferred, or general brokerage operations experience recommended
- 1-3 years product roadmap development expertise for key business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to create dynamic presentations
- Ability to connect with key leaders to understand and influence key business decisions
- Ability to drive alignment while effectively prioritizing across the business landscape
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis and consultation to senior leaders
