Job Description

• Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 5+ Years

Technical/Functional Skills

• Workday developer(Experience Required)
• Hands on experience with Workday Studio
• Highly developed problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Workday - HCM, Report Writer, EIB, Workday Studio
• Demonstrated experience in XSLTs, XSDs, WSDLs and web services (Workday Public Web Services SOAP/REST).
• Solid competency in configuring and customizing the integration patterns
• Workday Developer Certification (added plus)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and formulate an appropriate technical solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work on business user's queries, analyze existing system to find out root cause of the problem and Implement/provide solution to the problem.
• Take an active role in the cross-functional design
• Assess new requirements and determine their impact on existing timeline and deliverables
• Determine the level of effort to implement changes and additions.
• Support project during UAT, and production rollout.
• Provide continual production support for background batches and web services.
