What You'll Do:
  • Lead (by example) a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds targets
  • Own the Pipeline-from prospecting to closing, you'll be in control.
  • Leverage Data & Tech-use Salesforce, Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo to find, engage, and convert the right prospects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead-gen efforts and optimize conversions.
  • Close Deals. Drive Revenue. Build the Future.

  • Experienced in B2B sales (SaaS, technology, or managed IT services preferred).

Responsibilities

This position will report to the CEO and will be a member of the company's leadership team. You will be responsible for our inside sales efforts including:
  • Recruitment and development of high quality Inside Sales Reps
  • Developing sales processes and driving accountability across your team
  • Setting and hitting company sales goals on a consistent basis
  • Coaching of sales reps on a daily basis
  • Being part of a dynamic growing company with high long term earning potential
  • Be a role model for the company's core values


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, 4 year program
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, this must be as a sales team manager not individual contributor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to company core values
