What You'll Do:
- Lead (by example) a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds targets
- Own the Pipeline-from prospecting to closing, you'll be in control.
- Leverage Data & Tech-use Salesforce, Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo to find, engage, and convert the right prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead-gen efforts and optimize conversions.
- Close Deals. Drive Revenue. Build the Future.

- A Closer-you know how to identify, nurture, and land opportunities.

- A Trailblazing Performer-you work fast, drive results, and hold your team accountable.
- Experienced in B2B sales (SaaS, technology, or managed IT services preferred).
- Title doesn't matter-results do. If you've got a track record of driving serious revenue growth, we want to talk.

Responsibilities
This position will report to the CEO and will be a member of the company's leadership team. You will be responsible for our inside sales efforts including:
- Recruitment and development of high quality Inside Sales Reps
- Developing sales processes and driving accountability across your team
- Setting and hitting company sales goals on a consistent basis
- Coaching of sales reps on a daily basis
- Being part of a dynamic growing company with high long term earning potential
- Be a role model for the company's core values
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, 4 year program
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, this must be as a sales team manager not individual contributor
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
