Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage municipal K-12 projects. The Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, including school officials, contractors, and community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of K-12 construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project timelines and address any construction-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work being performed.
  • Communicate effectively with school district officials and community stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure that health and safety standards are met on all job sites, particularly in relation to schools and healthcare facilities.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, budget updates, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction management, preferably with K-12 and municipal projects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards related to educational facilities and municipal construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in project management or construction management are a plus.
