Description:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Solutions captive support team focused on the processing of new business submissions, renewal submissions and other departmental projects, as needed. Works with Program Management Leadership to ensure that the enterprise objectives, growth goals, service level agreements, and overall quality are supported by the captive support team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalency in a related discipline. Five (5) plus years of related experience with at least two (2) years in a role requiring the oversight and development of people.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Health Solutions Program Management Leadership to deliver the vision of the captive support team including on-going assessment and tweaking of that vision.
  • Evaluate service level agreements to ensure they are being met as well as are still in line with the objectives of the captive support team.
  • Focused on driving continual improvement by evaluating current processes to ensure they are still in line and meet the objectives of the captive support team.
  • Focused on delivery and results.
  • Oversee the personnel in the Health Solutions captive support team.
  • Support the Health Solutions Program Management directive as it relates to the roles and responsibilities of the captive support team.
  • Hold recurring one-on-one touchpoints with personnel in the unit at least quarterly.
  • Hold monthly meetings as a full captive support team.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff including time management, delegation and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and conduct performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Develop a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Works with the captive support team and the Health Solutions Program Management Leader to understand areas of individual and team development.
