Problem Discovery & Goal Setting: Collaborate with your team to ensure problems are well-defined based on objective data. Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to align around clearly defined problem statements and goals.
Interaction Design: Apply interaction design processes effectively. Focus on interplay between words, visuals, space, time, and behaviors of digital user interfaces including journey maps service blueprints information architecture user flows wireframes.
Art Direction & Visual Design: Design high-fidelity interfaces conveying visual personality tone look feel appropriate product.
Design Systems Thinking: Utilize team's system leverage iterate existing patterns propose scalable solutions encourage shared naming elements across development.
Design Research Validation Iteration: Lead user market research activities synthesize results leverage mixed methods tools generative evaluative experimentation performance improve track post-launch optimize based data.
Inclusive Design: Ensure products reflect diversity communities serve applied understanding AODA requirements apply knowledge grey areas legal requirements improve products everyone.
