Overview

As Vice President, Director, Engagement Strategy, your comprehensive marketing expertise will be essential to providing strategic expertise on client engagements. You will demonstrate an intimate understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology, you will demand a focus on how to solve clients' challenges through an orchestrated system of paid, owned and earned touchpoints that inspires connected creativity.

Responsibilities

Daily, your role will concentrate on guiding strategy across accounts while delivering industry-leading service, which includes:
  • Lead the development of strategy that informs when, where and how a brand should connect; redefine communications and orchestrate efforts across channels.
  • Champion the use of data; partner with data-scientists to understand behaviors and uncover unexpected insight that inspire bold ideas for how a brand should connect.
  • Analyze how consumers interact with devices, platforms, content, and media, then developing experiences based on the behaviors to give the brand purpose and relationship within a patient's life.
  • Envision and design orchestrated systems of brand communications; collaborate with media planners, technologists, experience designers and creative teams to bring modern communication architectures to life.
  • Build senior-level client relationships; provide guidance on their competitive threats and evolving consumer behaviors to guide their teams toward the next generation of holistic brand experience solutions that inform growth.
  • Manage the development of the team; inspire and lead direct reports and extended partner, and guiding the quality of agency output and its impact

Qualifications

  • A digital marketing-savvy problem-solver with the unstoppable drive to inspire teams and bring the best work to life, based on your expertise with omni-channel orchestration (including media, CRM, site and mobile)
  • Successful track record within the HCP or Global Pharma marketing space.
  • A translator with research dexterity, including several years of experience with media-centric tools such as Comscore, MRI, Google Analytics, to uncover the data and insights that inspires strategic communications planning.
  • A creative provocateur and storyteller who is endlessly curious and questioning with an ability to shift perspective and illuminate powerful insights and creative potential through data and narrative.
  • You are someone who can provide both a presence with executive-level clients while encouraging partnership and collaboration with all levels of the agency and its partners that will achieve growth.
  • A true collaborator that has worked on large-scale projects across multiple digital properties - the true dot connector.
  • A manager with a history of team oversight and talent development; known for an ability to coach and grow talent, providing vision and bringing people along.

Compensation Range: $127,585 - $183,330 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
