Business Systems Analyst
Strong knowledge of system analysis, process modeling, and workflow documentation is preferred.
Should have exposure with SQL, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB), APIs, and reporting tools.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good to have experience in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, or Excel.
Knowledge of Banking, Financial industry-specific compliance and regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements to develop technical solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, IT, and developers, to improve system functionality.
Design and document workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Work closely with development teams to implement and test system solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimizations for business processes.
Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Provide training and support to users on system functionalities.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Salary Range- $95,000-$100,000 a year
