Asa Global Sales Director here at Honeywell, you will have a critical role indriving revenue growth and overseeing the sales function. You will report directly to our AIS Head of Sales and you'll work remotely inthe United States.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving revenue growth,contributing to the company's financial success, and strengthening customerrelationships. Your ability to develop and implement effective sales strategieswill position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company'sgrowth and competitiveness in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a global sales team, providing guidance, coaching, andsupport to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growthand meet or exceed sales quotas
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding,order processing, and support
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management todrive business growth and market leadership
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerialrole within Semiconductor industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Semiconductor industry
Ability to travel ~50% of the time
