Summary:
The Lead Pharmacist is responsible for leading the integrated provision of accurate, safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmacy services through collaboration with peer pharmacists and other members of the healthcare team. The Lead Pharmacist oversees a specific area or specialty within the pharmacy department, such as central unit dose, IV room, or satellite pharmacy. This role is an opportunity to further develop leadership skills in preparation for a future pharmacy leadership position. The Lead Pharmacist performs all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and reflects the values and mission of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Relevant Pharmacist License upon hire.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant practice setting experience or PGY1 with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
